It’s okay if you have decided not to continue with Hotworx membership. I have mentioned some points below for you to know and understand and then proceed with the cancelation procedure;

1. Know Your Hotworx Membership 

• When you buy a Hotworx membership, you are initially enrolled in a 90-day initial membership term. After this initial period of 90 days, your membership is then renewed on a month-to-month basis.
• Check the contract provided to you by Hotworx to understand all of the mentioned terms and conditions. Hotworx’s contract is provided by your local Gym and is not available online for reference.

2. Cancelation Not Allowed During Initial 90 Days

• Yes, you read that right, you can’t cancel your Hotworx during the initial period of 90 days and after this initial period is over you will be required to serve a 60-day notice period before you cancel the membership. 
• To break down the complexity you can understand it like this, with the three-month initiation period and two month of notice period you will have to pay for a minimum of five months for the Hotworx membership and then you can cancel without fees.

3. Cancellation Fee For Instant Cancellation

• After you make yourself aware of the circumstances and you still want to cancel your membership before your 90-day initiation period is over, Hotworx will charge a fee of $99.
• In such a scenario, you will also be required to submit your cancellation request(see the procedure later in the post) in person.

4. Cancel Hotworx Membership Immediately To Avoid Fees. 

• If you decide to cancel your Hotworx membership before midnight of the third business day after you bought it, you may be entitled to cancel your membership without fees.

• You will be provided with the membership cancellation form which you have to fill out with details about the I.D and the membership. 
• Submit the form back to the manager and the Hotworx cancellation will be initiated post your details are cross-verified.
• Wait for some days and you will be notified when your Hotworx membership will be canceled.
