Chuze is a gym chain in the southwestern United States that prides itself on being an affordable gym option. They highly focus on providing a clean and friendly environment with high-quality equipment and group fitness classes. The plans are also good and include many basic to advanced amenities which have helped them to increase their members to greater number. Before you start the cancellation, make sure you read the important points I have mentioned below. Know Before Canceling Chuze Membership

I have formed a list of pointers that you must understand and remember while you perform the cancellation process.

Cancellation Deadline: Chuze Fitness requires the leaving members a written notice 10 days before their monthly or annual billing date to avoid any future charges.

Cancellation: They don’t accept any cancellations by phone, email, or verbal notice. You will have to submit a written cancellation request in person at any Chuze Fitness location.

Account Status: Check on any equipment you are using or if any dues are pending or any outstanding fees.

Buyer’s Remorse: If you’re new to Chuze Fitness (within 5 business days of signing up), you might get a full refund under their buyer’s remorse clause.

Cancellation Fee: There might be a $50 cancellation fee if you have a 12-month agreement and haven’t completed it. This fee applies also in a situation where you move more than 25 miles away from a Chuze location unless there are exceptions like military service, permanent disability, or death.

Chuze offers three different membership plans for you to select any of them that suits best for you. Understand below the pricing, inclusions, and other offers of plans. 

Basic: This one is the most affordable option which starts around $9.99 per month. It gives access to a single gym location and also includes all the essentials for a workout, like cardio machines, weight machines, and free weights.

Premium: This plan’s cost starts at around $24.99 per month and gives you access to all Chuze Fitness locations. In addition to all the basic amenities, it also includes perks like unlimited group fitness classes, tanning, HydroMassage, saunas, steam rooms, and cycling classes (availability may vary).

More: Priced at around $29.99 per month, this mostly preferred membership plan provides access to all gyms and most of the benefits of the Premium plan. The main difference is the inclusion of access to the Chuze Kids Club, which offers childcare services while you work out (availability may vary).

Chuze Max: This top tier costs around $29.99-$49.99 per month and includes all the benefits of the More plan, with the possible addition of unlimited access to the Chuze Kids Club.

How Can I Cancel My Chuze Membership? Chuze Membership Cancellation Policy

Chuze currently doesn’t offer any provision to cancel the membership by email, phone, live chat or any other online medium. You will be required to visit your local Chuze gym location. The members should visit in person and submit their membership cancellation form and also ensure that they provide cancellation notice 10 days before their next billing date to avoid any unwanted charges.

The process involves you filling up a cancellation form provided by the desk staff filling in the particulars and submitting it. Understand below;

• Ensure that you remember your membership details or have some document type with you that contains information like your agreement number for Chuze Fitness membership.
• You will be either required to fill out a physical form or the desk staff/manager itself will do that.
• Details will include Chbuze membership details, contact details for correspondence, and some generic information.
• Post confirmation of your details, your request will be submitted and processed for cancellation.

How Do I Cancel My Recurring Chuze Fitness Subscription? Cancel Chuze Membership On the App

If you are using the Chuze application and require to stop the recurring subscription then it can be done online easily. Understand below how:

1. Open the IChuze app and sign in to your IChuze account. 

2. Now navigate to the My Account section from the Dashboard at the top of the screen page. 

3. Select the Billing option and look for your subscription plan there. 

4. Click on Cancel Membership and your subscription plan will end.

5. You might also receive some confirmation for the same.
