8. Pack the items properly suiting the ideal condition to be delivered back to the seller.
9. You will receive the confirmation when you hand your shipment to the return partner.
10. Remember that your payment will automatically be released to the seller if you don’t notify them within 2 days and Vinted will not be able to issue a refund.

How to Get Refund?

As soon as the seller accepts your return request and receives their items in ideal condition, then they will immediately initiate your “Refund Request” by clicking on the “Close Dispute” and “Refund the buyer” in the message. Will I Get a Full Refund Upon Order Cancellation?

If you have paid with your Vinted Balance, the refund received will show up in your Vinted Balance within a few hours.

2- Paid by credit/debit card

If you paid using a credit/debit card, the refund will then appear on your card statement within 5 business days.
