I have checked about this quite extensively and don’t believe that there is any refund policy. According to Super Star Car Wash’s Terms and Conditions, there are no refunds offered for membership fees. Understand below the breakdown of the key information:

• No credits for unused periods: There are no credits or any refunds provided for your partially used membership periods.

This means that even if you cancel your membership mid-month, you won’t receive a refund for the remaining days. You’ll only be able to avoid future charges by canceling before the 7-day window prior to your next billing cycle and can still use the benefits till the current billing cycle ends.
