To cancel your Grammarly subscription, follow these steps:

How To Cancel Grammarly Subscription Via Mac App Store 

If you subscribed via the Mac App Store, you’ll have to cancel through Apple’s subscription management, follow the steps below;

1. Click on the App Store icon on your dock or from the Applications folder.
2. In the bottom-left corner of the App Store window, click on your name or profile icon to view your account. 
3. Click on View Information (at the top right of your profile page).

Firstly you need a Grammarly subscription receipt;

1. Search your email for the words “receipt from Apple” or “invoice from Apple”.
2. Search for the receipt that matches the amount that you want to request a refund for.
3. On the receipt, verify what was purchased and which Apple ID was used.

Once you’ve found the receipt, try these steps;

• If the receipt is for a member of your Family Sharing group and you’re the family organizer, you can still request a refund on reportaproblem.apple.com. 
• Tap or click the Apple ID button, then select All. Purchases charged to your shared payment method will appear.
• In case the receipt is with a different Apple ID, use that Apple ID to sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.

If you can’t find the Grammarly subscription purchase receipt, try these steps;

1. This mainly happens in case the charge is pending as you can’t request a refund yet. Once you receive an email receipt then try to request a refund again. 
2. If your order is unpaid, you will have to pay for that order before requesting a refund and also update your payment information. 
3. In the European Union, purchases for digital goods and services sometimes are not made through Apple, in such instances contact Apple customer support. 
4. If you have multiple Apple IDs, use each one to sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com and search for the charge you need to request a refund for.
