Everand app works online always if you are accessing content that you have not downloaded. Everand must be connected to a stable internet connection and if your internet connection is unstable or slow then there will be interruptions while you try to access the content.

• Check your wi-fi, try turning it off, and then turn it on again:  Open Settings > Wi-Fi and turn it off, wait for a few seconds, and then tap to turn it on again.
• Try to switch to cellular data if you are using wi-fi and vice versa.
